A sequence that changes altitude across the city, opening on distant rooftops seen through glass, dropping to street-level signage and architecture, and closing on a nighttime convenience store and a daylight upward view of a billboard and street signs.

The sequence opens above the street: a large silver sphere caps a mid-rise building between two dark towers, a hand holding a camera faintly reflected in the window glass. A second, motion-blurred frame looks down on a white apartment block, its zigzagging stairways and balconies softened into pure geometry around a single figure leaning on a railing.

At street level, a rusted enamel sign bolted to a granite pillar advertises piano and Electone lessons in fading English and Japanese text, its phone number still legible through the corrosion. Nearby, a slender building wears a heavily textured, carved facade, a sculpted hand gripping a long red pole that runs past arched windows toward the pavement.

At night, shoppers gather beneath a glowing green 'FamilyMart' sign as a blurred figure crosses the road stripes in the foreground.
