Storefronts, patterned surfaces, vehicles, and vaulted interiors build a city from contrasts.

Painted signs and parked cars establish the street before a faceted wall turns the frame into a field of irregular light and shadow. A long automobile and a prize booth return the sequence to public space, while vaulted arches and a narrow upward view close on scale and structure.
