Translucent heart-shaped light marks in white, pink, orange, and green recur across most of the frames, though they are absent from the construction-site frame.

The frames move from a near-abstract opening of three heart outlines in the dark, to a parking sign printed with Japanese pricing text, to a construction site with cranes and an excavator. Later frames show pedestrians beneath a camouflage billboard reading 'GO! APE,' a person beside a wall sticker circled by a hand-drawn heart, a storefront marked 'GiGO,' and two views of the same green delivery truck lettered with Japanese characters, first passed by cyclists and then by a pedestrian on foot.
